From spider webs to bird nests, animals solve problems in remarkable ways. Join us as we explore the incredible structures built by creatures both large and small and discover how they use materials, location, and design to survive. Through hands-on activities and close observation, we’ll investigate underwater builders, expert weavers, underground architects, and more while uncovering the engineering hidden throughout the natural world. Come ready to experiment, create, and see nature in a whole new way. Meet at the BFEC’s resource center.
