Early April is a great time to slow down and explore the forest floor. We’ll head outdoors to gently flip logs, look through leaf litter, and search for woodland salamanders in cool, damp forest habitats. Along the way, we’ll talk about where salamanders hide, how they survive without ponds, and why fallen wood matters. Dress for the weather.  Meet at the Observatory.
