The ensemble is under the direction of Professor of Music Maria Mendonça. The concert will take place in Peirce Hall 210, the Bemis Music Room.

The Knox County ESC shall conduct its Regular Board Meeting on December 10th, 2025, at 12 pm in the Knox ESC board room located at 308 Martinsburg Rd. Mount Vernon, OH 43050.

The Danville Choir Program will be presenting a Christmas Concert on Wednesday morning, December 10 at 9:15 a.m. at Gay Street United Methodist Church – 18 N. Gay Street, Mount Vernon. The concert is free and open to the public.

Treat yourself to a tranquil and relaxing experience with Reiki, guided meditation, and aromatherapy in the BFEC garden with Sarah Spangler (Usui/Holy Fire III, Animal & Karuna Reiki Master, & Clinically Certified Aromatherapist).

This free, one-hour experience offers a safe space that welcomes all.

Feel free to bring a blanket, yoga mat, or lawn chair, or use one of the BFEC mats.

Donations are welcome, and 100% of all contributions will be gifted to the Brown Environmental Center.

*What is Reiki?*

Reiki is a Japanese stress-reducing modality that works on both the physical body and the auric field. It is effective in engaging the parasympathetic nervous system to alleviate stress and its accompanying effects, whether chronic or temporary. This includes everything from burnout and compassion fatigue to depression and anxiety. Given that stress is a leading cause of various illnesses—mental, spiritual, emotional, or physical—Reiki works to repair, relieve, and heal the causes and stored states of stress within our bodies.
