Former Ashland sheriff’s captain charged with solicitation

ASHLAND – Former Ashland County Sheriff’s Capt. Terry Hamilton was arrested this week for soliciting, according to an Ashland Police report. Hamilton, 60, was taken into custody around 5 p.m. Monday at Buehler’s Fresh Foods on charges of solicitation, falsification and possession of criminal tools, according to a police report.
