MOUNT VERNON – Judge Thatcher found one person guilty after arraignments were held at Mount Vernon Municipal Court on December 31, 2018.
Jimmy Folden, 52 of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of having an Inoperative Bicycle Light. The Court sentenced him to pay a $15 fine.
Director of Law Rob Broeren represented the City of Mount Vernon in this case.
