MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury indicted one Danville man and two Mount Vernon men on separate drug possession charges during its most recent session.
The grand jury charged Jerry R. Looney of Danville with a fifth-degree felony count of aggravated possession of drugs.
On or about July 18, 2025, Looney allegedly obtained, possessed or used Methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, his indictment states.
The Mount Vernon men indicted were Ray W. Toller and Edward L. Horn, both on fifth-degree felonies.
Toller allegedly obtained, possessed or used Methamphetamine on or about Nov. 4, his indictment reads.
Horn allegedly obtained, possessed or used a fentanyl-related compound on or about May 9, 2025, according to his indictment.
All three men are scheduled to be arraigned before Judge Richard Wetzel on Nov. 26.
