MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury indicted a Centerburg woman Monday on 15 counts, including theft of drugs and forgery.
Kayla R. Busby, 36, was indicted for five counts of theft of drugs, all fourth-degree felonies and five counts of illegal processing of drug documents, also all fourth-degree felonies. The drug involved was Oxycodone/Acetaminophen.
Busby was also indicted on five counts of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies, for the forgery of Controlled Substance Records.
The grand jury indicted five other individuals in its Sept. 21 session.
Tracey L. Harry, of Mount Vernon, two counts of passing bad checks, a total of $16,850, both fourth-degree felonies.
Delilah A. Ash, of Mount Gilead, one count of tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony.
Brooke N. Gould, of Etna, one count of possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
Heather J. Mazzagatti, of New Franklin, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Taylor P. Powell, of Ashley, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
