MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury indicted a Fredericktown man Monday for abduction, aggravated menacing and disruption of public services.
Jeffrey A. Roseberry, 56, was indicted for allegedly knowingly restraining the liberty of another person by force or threat, a third-degree felony. He was also indicted for alleged aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, and one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.
The grand jury indicted six other individuals in its Aug. 24 session.
Justin W. Robbins, of Mount Vernon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, methamphetamine, a third-degree felony.
Robert J. Bilek, of Long Island City, New York, one count of theft, $4,800, a fifth-degree felony and one count of identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony.
Larry W. Hayes, of Fredericktown, one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony.
Sheldon A. Carpenter, of Mount Vernon, one count of public indecency, a fifth-degree felony.
Bart R. Bland, of Utica, one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
Vincent L. Wilson, of Mansfield, one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony.
