MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury indicted a Walhonding man Tuesday on seven counts, including vehicular assault and failure to comply with a police officer.
Nathaniel J. Wilson, 25, was indicted for one count of vehicular assault, a third-degree felony, one count of failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, a fourth-degree felony, and one count of obstructing official business, a fifth-degree felony.
Wilson was also indicted on one count of driving under suspension, a first-degree misdemeanor, one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a red, white and blue 2026 Honda TRX 250X, a first-degree misdemeanor, one count of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor, and one count of criminal trespass, a fourth-degree misdemeanor.
The grand jury indicted 11 other individuals in its Sept. 8 session.
Jacob A. Pancake, of Fredericktown, two counts of grand theft, a Taurus 9mm G3C and a Taurus 9mm G2C, both third-degree felonies, and two counts of having weapons while under disability, both third-degree felonies.
Brian M. Murdock, of Columbus, one count of theft, Rural King of $1,862.87, a fifth-degree felony.
Brandon L. Ketter, of Mount Vernon, one count of strangulation, a third-degree felony.
Travis J. Booth, of Mount Vernon, one count of strangulation, a fifth-degree felony.
Jeremy L. Dean, of Mount Vernon, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault, both third-degrees felonies.
Tylor L. Johnson, of Mount Vernon, one count of strangulation, a third-degree felony, and one count of disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.
Don I. Jones, of Mount Vernon, one count of aggravated vehicular assault, a second-degree felony.
Samuel A. Cole, of Mount Vernon, one count of strangulation, a third-degree felony, and one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Carolyn M. Miller, of Howard, one count of theft from a person in a protected class, $687.57, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of misuse of credit cards, a fifth-degree felony.
Timothy A. Sullivan, of Howard, one count of strangulation, a third-degree felony, and one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Jacob A. Creasy, of Gambier, one count of theft, Famous Supply of $3.403.58, a fifth-degree felony, one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, and one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a unclassified misdemeanor.
