MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury, in its most recent session, indicted Linda L. Lee, 43, of Walhonding on two counts of alleged aggravated arson which occurred on or about Feb. 4.
Although both charges involve aggravated arson, the court listed Count One as a first-degree felony and Count Two as a second-degree felony.
The court redacted specific information pertaining to the allegedly harmed structure and victim(s).
“[The defendant] did commit aggravated arson, by knowingly, and by means of fire or explosion, creating a substantial risk of serious physical harm to any person other than the offender,” Count One of Lee’s indictment states.
Count Two states Lee allegedly caused “harm to [redacted], an occupied structure.”
The court scheduled Lee’s arraignment before Judge Richard Wetzel on Feb. 25 at 1:30 p.m.

— Jeremy A. Morris Sr., of Mount Vernon, theft, a fifth-degree felony.
— Korbyn M. Chapman, of Mount Vernon, theft, a fifth-degree felony.
— Randi L. Hudson, of Mount Vernon, burglary, a second-degree felony; criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor; theft, a first-degree misdemeanor.
— Hillary A. Watkins, of Cambridge, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
— Gaellin C. Frazee, homeless, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
— Logan A. Reed, of Johnstown, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
— Gaudencio O. Amaya, of Columbus, theft, a fifth-degree felony.
