MOUNT VERNON — Judge John Thatcher found nine people guilty after arraignments and hearings at the Mount Vernon Municipal Court between June 26-30.

Cases involved:

— Jason Moore, 45, of Danville, was found guilty of two counts of public indecency.

— Joashua Pruitt, 41, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of receiving stolen property.

— Lathan Flowers, 20, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of possessing or consuming alcohol under the age of 21.

— James Casebolt, 43, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

— Kylie Adkins, 21, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

— Jacob Beveridge, 23, of Bellville, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse.

— Marty Champion, 57, of Olin, North Carolina, was found guilty of speeding.

— Terry Lee Jr., 33, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of driving under suspension.

— Cody Ashton, driving under an OVI suspension.

Assistant Law Director Brittany Whitney represented the State of Ohio and the City of Mount Vernon in all cases.
