MOUNT VERNON — The following 12 cases, including arraignments and hearings, were brought before Mount Vernon Municipal Court Judge John Thatcher on June 16.

These cases were prosecuted by the office of Mount Vernon Law Director P. Robert Broeren.

June 16

— Samantha Cunningham, 30, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possessing Criminal Tools. The Court sentenced her to 90 days in jail with credit for time served.

— Dylan King, 21, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Possession of Marijuana Drug Paraphernalia. The Court sentenced him to pay a $50 fine.

— Andrew Wingert, 50, of Centerburg, was found guilty of Failing to Confine his Dog with Subsequent Offenses. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.

— Mary Balcom, 31, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Failure to Register a Dog and a Dog Kennel. The Court sentenced her to pay a $15 fine.

— Patrick Riley, 40, of Mount Vernon was found guilty of Operating a Vehicle Without Wearing a Seatbelt. The Court sentenced him to pay a $30 fine.

— Mysaiah Bray, 37, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving Under Suspension in three separate cases and found guilty of speeding one case. The Court sentenced him to pay a $250 fine in each case.

— T.D. Robison, 80, of Fredericktown, was found guilty of Driving Left of Center. The Court sentenced him to pay a $25 fine.

— Allison Workman, 18, of Fredericktown was found guilty of speeding. The Court sentenced her to pay a $35 fine.

— Isaul Flores, 22, of Columbus, was found guilty of Driving Without a License. The Court sentenced him to pay a $200 fine.

— Gabrielle Altman, 26, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving with Expired Plates. The Court sentenced him to pay a $25 fine.

— Terry Jacobs, 20, of Howard, was found guilty of Assured Clear Distance Ahead and Distracted Driving. The Court sentenced him to pay a $150 fine.

Wade Wolf, 48, of Mount Vernon, was found guilty of Driving a Vehicle Without a Seatbelt. The Court sentenced him to pay a $30 fine.

Assistant Law Director, Brittany Whitney, represented the State of Ohio and the City of Mount Vernon in the above cases.
