MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County Grand Jury indicted a Centerburg man on Monday for three counts of sexual battery and six counts in connection with charges involving a minor.
Roger M. Miller II, 57, was indicted on three counts of sexual battery and six counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance. All nine counts are second-degree felonies.
The grand jury indicted 10 other individuals in its June 16 session.
Andrew M. Mattone, of Fredericktown, 11 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, all fourth-degree felonies, and one count of possessing cocaine, a fifth-degree felony.
Raymond E. Garrison, Jr., of Mount Vernon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Alivia A. Allen, of Marion, one count of trespass in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present, a fourth-degree felony, and disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony.
Chad E. Pack, of Mount Vernon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Brett M. Hunnicut, of Mount Vernon, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Joshua L. Bennington, of Bladensburg, one count of strangulation, a third-degree felony.
Dayna S. Skinner, of Mount Vernon, one count of strangulation, a fifth-degree felony; one count of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor; and one count of assault, a first-degree misdemeanor.
Kristopher T. Loper, of Mount Vernon, one count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility, a third-degree felony, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Elmert F. Arenas Moreno, of Columbus, one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Stephanie A. Peters, of Columbus, three counts of forgery, all fifth-degree felonies, and three counts of theft, all first-degree misdemeanors.
