–Jonathan Vail, Fredericktown, violating a protection order, fifth-degree felony; menacing by stalking, fourth-degree felony 

–David Fredenburg, Sunbury, grand theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony 

–Jared Scoles, Butler, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; tampering with evidence, third-degree felony 

–Felicia Rhodes, three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, all fifth-degree felonies 

–Ronda Bircher, Fredericktown, theft, fifth-degree felony 

–Raymond Beaver, Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony
