  • Amy M. Dubsky was traveling east on Coshocton Rd. and struck a deer. Dubsky’s vehicle suffered functional damage to the right front headlight, front fender and right front door. Side airbags on both side deployed. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
  • While deputies were attempting to question a suspect about a burglary charge they wound up arresting him on an unrelated probation warrant. Triston Lee Martin was transported to Knox County Jail and a holder was placed on him by Municipal Probation.
  • While deputies were investigating a report of violation of a protection order, it was discovered the suspect was also threatening another person on social media. Deputies contacted the victim and a report was made for documentation.
  • The complainant reported her ex-husband – who she has a protection order against – was posting threatening messages about her via social media. Screenshots of the threats were taken and added to this report. The City Law Director will receive a copy of this report to review for charges.
  • The complainant reported he and the suspect were arguing and decided to dissolve their relationship. The complainant started packing up and left to secure a moving truck. Neither party wanted to write a statement or file charges.
  • Deputies made contact with an individual parked in the area of the old landfill on Thayer Rd. charges were filed against Shawn S. Barrett for driving under suspension, drug paraphernalia, and improper transportation of a firearm.
  • Michael G.L.R. Ball was located and arrested on warrants out of Knox County Common Pleas Court. Ball was transported to Knox County Jail and released to jail staff.
