KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

• Nov. 30 – A complainant called the KCSO and advised he received a call from someone who claimed to be the IRS. The complainant said the caller had all of his personal information and he requested a report for documentation.
• Nov. 30 – Dispatch advised they received a call from a female complainant who reported her father, Anthony Stepp, had hit her brother. The complainant stated her father was intoxicated and on probation. The complainant also stated she and her brother were leaving the location and didn’t want deputies to respond. Deputies made contact with the woman and her brother and statements were obtained. Deputies later located Stepp and he was arrested for a probation violation.
