MOUNT VERNON – Monique A. Milligan has been named manager of the First-Knox National Bank Main Office in downtown Mount Vernon.

Milligan has held a number of positions during her 16-year tenure at First-Knox, including proof operator, teller, and support staff roles. She spent several years in the main office as a customer service representative and assistant manager, and was named manager of the Blackjack Road office in late 2014.

“Monique’s diverse background has provided her with a wealth of knowledge that is beneficial to both our customers and associates,” stated Vickie A. Sant, president of First-Knox National Bank. “She is a go-to person for all things deposit-related, and is an experienced lender.”

Milligan is a graduate of Kankakee Valley High School in Indiana. She has completed numerous AIB courses, Ohio Banker’s League programs, and is a graduate of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Knox program. She is active with MTVarts, the Distinguished Young Women’s program, and is a Behavioral Healthcare Partners board member. She resides in Howard with her husband, Bob, and sons, Tyler and Matthew.
