Crash Report – Nov. 15
- Lorraine A. Ferre was northbound on South Norton Street and stopped for a stop sign at West Vine St.reet Ruth Sigman was westbound on West Vine Street. Ferre failed to yield to traffic and was struck by Sigman. Ferre was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
- Randall Glover was backing out of a parking space at a Newark Road business. Patricia A. Williams was driving through the parking lot. Glover failed to yield to Williams and struck her.
Incident Report – Nov. 15
- A theft was reported at a Coshocton Avenue business. A store employee stated he observed a male subject select several items throughout the store and attempt to leave without paying for them. The items consisted of $281.00 of miscellaneous merchandise. There is nothing further to report. This report will be supplemented with any new information that occurs.
Arrests and Citations
- Nov. 11 – Shaun Ward, 32, Fredericktown, was arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia offenses. He was also cited for driving under an FRA suspension and for driving under suspension/revocation.
- Nov. 13 – Steven Thompson, 25, address unknown, was arrested and charged with one count of theft.
- Nov. 15 – Lorraine Ferre, 4, Park Road, was cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
- Nov. 15 – Scott Reynolds, 40, East Vine Street, was arrested and charged with one count of theft.
