On 9/15/16, Brady Keen, 18, Newark Road was arrested for complicity.
On 9/20/16, Nathaniel Peters, 58, West High Street, was cited for driving under suspension/revocation, fictitious plates, and expired or unlawful license plates.
On 9/20/16, Korey Eggerton, 25, Howard, was cited for driving under suspension and exhaust system required.
On 9/20/16, Charles Pealer, 39, Quarry Street, was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
On 9/20/16 Thomas Smith, 46, Cottage Street, was cited for driving under FRA suspension and failure to transfer registration.
Incidents
On 9/20/16, an officer was dispatched to a Walnut Street address on a report of a burglary. Contact was made with complainant who advised an unknown suspect forced entry through the back door. The suspect appeared to have cut copper wires and pipes throughout the basement. An 18.5 oz. Bottle of Pure Leaf Sweet Tea was collected as evidence on the basement stairs. The complainant reported that the burglary occurred sometime between 9/13/16 and 9/209/16 as the house is currently vacant. A report was made and will be supplemented if new evidence becomes available.
On 9/20/16, an officer was dispatched to a Jefferson Street address in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival the officer made contact with both parties and was advised an argument had transpired where a cell phone was taken from the other. In the process of the phone being taken the stylus and case got broken. The parties separated and the report will be sent to the City Law Director’s Office to review for charges.
