Two vehicles left parked in the 600 block of North Mulberry Street were impounded at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. Both the red Saturn and the Dodge 4 X 4 truck belong to Joe Carter.
Officers are investigating the theft of a cellphone reportedly taken from from a table on the front porch in the 400-block of North Jefferson Street. The report was taken at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday.
