Arrests and Charges:
April Neagos, 38, of Mount Vernon was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on Monday for persisting disorderly conduct.
Stephen Deshong, 28, of Mount Vernon was charged at 8:00 p.m. on Monday with shoplifting at the Kroger.
Incidents:
At 12:40 p.m. on Monday, Rent-2-Own furniture reported the theft of a Whirlpool refrigerator and a queen-size bed with a combined value of $1,759.98. A suspect was identified.
At 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday, an officer responded to a report of a disturbance involving an unruly juvenile on E. Burgess Street.
