Sean Wible, 25, of Mount Vernon was charged last Saturday (7/19) with receiving stolen property regard theft from a vehicle.
Traffic Citations
Noah Miller, 25, of Utica was cited at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday for failing to assure a clear driving-distance ahead.
Mary Kilkenny, 78, of Mount Vernon was cited at 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday for running a stop-sign.
Incidents
At 5:30 a.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported the theft of a wallet and its contents from a vehicle parked overnight on the 100-block of Shirley Avenue.
At 6:50 a.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported that a 2006 Dodge Caravan was broken into while parked overnight on the 1300-block of N. Mulberry Street. A blue zip-up money bag—which resembled a bank bag—had been removed from the vehicle. It contained no money but only gas receipts.
At 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to an activated business alarm at the Amvets building on the 300-block of S. Mechanic Street.
At 6:05 p.m. on Wednesday, a victim reported a burglary at her residence on the 900-block of N. Mulberry Street. Among the items taken were a Samsung laptop computer and a Samsung digital camera with a combined value of $615.97.
At 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on the 200-block of W. Gambier Street. A suspect was arrested.
At 5:05 p.m. on Wednesday, a 2009 Subaru Impreza was parked unattended in the parking lot at Hibbett Sports. It was struck in the side by a 1998 Honda CRV belonging to Carol Ballinger.
