MOUNT VERNON – CES Credit Union announces that regional powerhouses Simba Jordan and Julia Neville will headline the fourth annual Concert Night for the Community on Saturday, Sept 19.

This free, family-friendly celebration returns to the Schnormeier Event Center at Ariel-Foundation Park. This year’s lineup promises an unforgettable evening of country rock and soulful performances under the stars.

Neville takes the stage at 6:30 p.m. Known as “The Sweetheart of the Hocking Hills,” she brings an electrifying stage presence that has captivated audiences. Her 2026 tour dates include county fairs and venues from Ohio to South Carolina to Wyoming.

Her powerful voice and genuine connection with the crowd make her one of the most sought-after country-rock acts in the nation.

Columbus native Simba Jordan takes the stage at 8 p.m. Jordan fuses the classic sounds of Randy Travis and Garth Brooks with the showmanship of Michael Jackson.

With past performances at Buckeye Country Superfest and opening slots for Blake Shelton and Jason Aldean, Simba is ready to bring his legendary energy back to Mount Vernon.

“We love this new annual tradition,” Mike Copley, president and CEO of CES Credit Union, said.

“This concert is our way of saying ‘thank you’ to our members and the community. We’re bringing two of the best regional entertainers to a truly unique venue for a night of pure entertainment and fun for the family.”

CES Marketing Director James McLaughlin notes that the event will feature several family-friendly enhancements this year to keep the momentum going.

“With a history of popular headliners like McGuffey Lane and North to Nashville, CES Credit Union is back with a great lineup, and of course, the concert is free,” he said.
