9/22/17 – An officer responded to a S. Park St, address on a theft from vehicle complaint. The unknown suspect stole a Nikon box-style camera. gray in color with a red velvet case and a bag of mint candles. The investigation has been closed but will be reopened if any leads are developed.

9/23/17 – A theft was reported to the MVPD.

9/23/17 – At 2:22 P.M. an officer responded to a Parrot St. business on a drug complaint. Upon arrival, the officer was handed drug paraphernalia as found property. The item was placed in an evidence locker with a request that it be destroyed. The suspect is unknown at this time.

9/24/17 – An officer was dispatched to a Coshocton Ave. address in reference to threats. The investigation continues.

9/24/17 – An officer responded to a Coshocton Ave. business in reference to a shoplifting complaint. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the complainant who stated that 2 males walked into the store and one of them put on a pair of Nike shoes and ran out of the store. The complainant declined to fill olut a written statement and asked for a report number.

9/24/17 – An officer responded to a Greenwood Ave. address on a report of an assault. When the officer arrived he spoke to the complainant who stated he was punched in the face by his stepson. The officer identified and spoke to the stepson who confirmed punching his stepfather. Juvenile probation was contacted and the stepson was transported to the Muskingham Valley Detention Center. There is nothing further to report.

9/24/17 – At approximately 5:26 P.M. the MVPD was contacted concerning vandalism on Clarence Court.

9/24/17 – An officer was dispatched to a Coshocton Ave. business on a report of shoplifting. Upon arrival, the complainant told the officer that the suspect had stolen $80.93 in merchandise. The complainant admitted stealing the 2 DVDs. Charges were filed.

8/24/17 – Officers were dispatched to the area of N. Mulberry and Sunset streets concerning a suspicious male carrying a backpack with a tire iron. 

8/28/17 – Ryan Dewyze, 33, W. Pleasant St. was arrested and charged with criminal simulation.

9/3/17 – Ryan Dewyze, 33, W. Pleasant St. was arrested and charged with criminal simulation.

9/6/17 – Ryan Dewyze, 33, W. Pleasant St. was arrested and charged with criminal simulation.

8/22/17 – Frederick Murphy, 27, Mickley Ave. was arrested on a warrant for house arrest violation.

9/22/17 – M. Wilson, 50, Reynoldsburg was cited for fictitious plates.

9/22/17 – Debra Robinson, 60, Fredericktown, was citeds for assured clear distance ahead.

9/23/17 – Heidi Elson, Meadowbrook Dr. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.

9/24/17 – Isaac Nelson, 19, Centerburg, was cited for no operator’s license.

9/24/17 – Joshua Endsley, 23, Howard was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

9/22/17 – Thomas Kemmer was arrested on an outstanding warrant and also charged with possessing a controlled substance.

9/22/17 – Tina Franks, Columbus Rd. was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant.

9/23/17 – Damon Pullins, 18, Marengo, was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

9/23/17 – James Walters, 57, Roseville, was arrested and charged with assault.

9/24/17 – Charles Martin, 53, E. Burgess St. was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

9/24/17 – Tony Baucum, 31, Howard, was cited for failure to yield right of way when turning loft.

9/24/17 – William Dilger, 33, Cottage St. was arrested and charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument.

9/24/17 – Michael Carpenter, 18, Madison St. was arrested and charged with theft.

9/24/17 – Sean Wible, 28, W, High St. was arrested and charged with possessing a drug abuse instrument.

9/25/17 – Lee Schuh, 26, W. Vine St. was cited for no operator’s license and for expired or unlawful plates.

9/25/17 – Stephen Frost, 53, E. Pleasant St. was cited for driving under suspension/revocation, failure to control, and vehicle crash/damage to realty.

9/25/17 – Joseph Gibson, N. Mulberry St. was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.

9/25/17 – Mysaiah Bray, 31, Upper Fredericktown Rd. was cited for driving under FRA suspension.

9/22/17 – Two vehicles were stopped for a red light on E. Chestnut St. at N. Park St. Debra M. Robinson began to drive forward and struck the rear of Sandra S. Tefs. Robinson was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

9/23/17 – While traveling westbound on Coshocton Ave. Damon Thomas Pullins failed to stop and struck the rear of James E. Walters who was also westbound on Coshocton Ave. Walters dismounted from his motorcycle yelled at Pullins and then punched him in the face. Pullins stated his elbow was injured in the accident.

9/24/17 – Joshua E. Endsley was traveling westbound on Mount Vernon Ave. Vicky D. Massa was stopped westbound on Mount Vernon Ave. waiting for the vehicle in front of her to turn left. Endsley failed to stop, striking Massa ‘in the rear. Endsley was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

9/25/17 – Stephen A Frost, Sr. was attempting to park on the south side of the roadway directly in front o hf 110 East Sugar St. Davis backed into the curb causing minor damage to the sidewalk and his vehicle.

9/24/17 – An unknown driver and Joshua E. Endsley were traveling westbound on Mount Vernon Ave. Endsley attempted to stop for stalled traffic ahead but was unable to stop striking the car ahead of him. The unknown driver was unable to stop in time to avoid the crash in front of him and struck the rear end of Endsley. The unknown driver stayed on the scene briefly but fled without giving his contact information.
