MOUNT VERNON — The City of Mount Vernon announced that a section of South West Street will be closed on Nov. 20.
From 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., South West Street will be closed between Vine and Gambier streets for building demolition. Emergency vehicles will not be able to pass through.
