March 20
Dog bite – in the 21000 block of Wooster Rd.
March 21
A 29 yr. old female from Howard was issued a traffic citation for an expired plate.
Suspicious activity investigated – West Rambo St.
Marcj 22
Auto accident. A driver failed to yield the right-of-way at the intersection of West Rambo Street and South Market Street and pulled into the path of a vehicle going northbound on Market Street. A 24 yr. old female from Danville was issued a traffic citation for failure to yield from the accident.
March 23
Phone scam – Rodmick St.
An 18 yr. old male from Crooksville was issued a traffic citation for speed.
A 76 yr. old male from Shreve was issued a traffic citation for speed.
Assisted the Squad/EMTs – Hillview Ct., Apple Valley.
Assisted the Squad/EMTs – East Main St.
A 44 yr. old male from Mount Vernon was issued a traffic citation for an expired plate.
March 24
Vandalism – in the 200 block of East Main St.
A 45 yr. old male from Liberty Township was issued a traffic citation for an expired plate.
March 25
Assisted the Sheriff’s Office on an auto crash – on Dodd Rd.
Assisted OSP in delivering a message to an individual – Brinkhaven.
Emmett N. Mitchell of Howard was arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant out of Knox County and transported to the Knox County Jail.
Residential alarm – Crabapple Dr., Apple Valley.
Business alarm – in the 700 block of South Market St.
4 weather-related calls at various locations.
March 26
A 32 yr. old male from Millersburg was issued traffic citations for speed and an expired plate.
A 65 yr. old male from Danville was issued a traffic citation for speed.
A 18 yr. old male from Mount Vernon was issued a traffic citation for speed.
A 20 yr. old male from Thornville was issued a traffic citation for speed.
Attempted to serve an arrest warrant in the 21000 block of Wooster Rd. on an individual for failure to appear in court and upon confronting the individual it was discovered the individual had a medical issue. A new court date will be issued for the individual.
Residential alarm – Kings Way Ct., Apple Valley.
March 27
Barking dog complaint – East Washington St.
A 22 yr. old male from Danville was issued a traffic citation for driving under suspension.
Investigated an indecent exposure complaint – Cedar St.
