MOUNT VERNON — The Knox County Career Center will host Open House & First Chance Application Night on Thursday, Nov. 19, from 4:30-6:30 pm.

The open house is free and open to the public. Business partners, alumni, and community members, along with current students and their families, will attend.

Additionally, current sophomores and juniors from associate schools, along with their families, can visit KCCC’s career tech programs.

Sophomores can visit any of the career center’s two-year programs. Juniors can visit the senior-only program Pre-Professional Mentorship.

Students can apply in person in the cafe during First Chance Application Night. If students are unable to attend this event, the application window will open from 4:30 p.m. to midnight by visiting www.knoxcc.org and clicking on “Apply Now.”

Local food trucks will sell food, and WNZR will broadcast on-site and conduct live interviews.

KCCC alumni are encouraged to stop by the Alumni Booth, share an update, and pick up KCCC swag.
