Carolyn Kay Hoffman, age 78, of Warsaw, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Roscoe Gardens Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Coshocton, Ohio. She was born on February 5, 1948, to the late Paul and Erma (Smith) Bitler.
Carolyn worked for 24 years for Scott’s Aviation in Health, Ohio. She was a member of the God’s Eternal Love Fellowship in Walhonding, Ohio for over 20 years. Carolyn enjoyed fishing, shooting guns, cooking and baking. Most of all she loved being around her family.
Carolyn is survived by her son, Travis Hoffman; brothers, Johnny (Ann) Bitler, Tim (Carol) Bitler, Rich Bitler; sister, Sue Sanders; numerous nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by her husband, Howard C. Hoffman; brothers, Paul Gene Bitler, Carmen Bitler.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
