Cindy Coleman Fagerstrom, 58, passed away on July 30, 2026. She was born in Buchanan County, Virginia on April 23, 1968.
Cindy was a fun, loving and caring person. She made friends everywhere she went. She loved working at Walmart in Mt Vernon, OH, where she had the opportunity to make a lot of amazing friends, including her best friend Connie, and to put smiles on many people’s faces. She loved spending time with her beloved dog Princess, as well as with family and friends, hiking and enjoying God’s natural beauty in the world. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by three children, Philip W. Horton, Sierra R. Horton (Kramer Yuly), Luke A. Horton, grandson Theodore Yuly, sisters Emellen (Edward) Wilson, Marida (James) Thompson, Savannah (Lloyd) Webb, stepsiblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father Joe Willy Coleman, Mother and Stepfather Dora S. and Martin S. Clary, brother Opie Joe Coleman.
Services will be held in Florida with the details given at a later date.
