Sandra “Kay” (White) Ball passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2026. She was born on February 2, 1948, to the late Walter White and Fayrene (Crouse) Perkins.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Tam Jackson, Jenny Hughes, and Roger (Lisa) Ball; and her grandchildren: Samuel Shackleford, Shawnika Shackleford, Tim (Elizabeth) Hughes, Ashleigh (Luke) Bridges, Shelby (Robert) Behrens, and Caleb Ball.
She is also survived by her brothers, Larry (Donetta) White and Harry (Diane) White; her sisters, Delores Marks and Patty White; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Margaret Selby and Joyce Stewart, and her beloved dog, Shar-lee.
Kay was employed for 30 years at the Ohio Developmental Center in Mount Vernon, Ohio. After retiring, she enjoyed reading and spending time with her family, especially playing cards together.
A private family service will be held in Kay’s honor. The Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
