MOUNT VERNON — The mood inside the Schnormeier Event Center was anything but gray Saturday evening despite the sprinkles falling outside.
CES Credit Union’s Concert Night for the Community at Ariel-Foundation Park featured the energy of Julia Neville and hard country rock of Columbus native Simba Jordan.
Neville moved the crowd from toe tapping in their chairs to the dance floor, teaching them a two-step line dance — and joining in.
This is the fourth annual Concert Night for the Community. CES President and CEO Mike Copley said the event was a way to say thank you to the community.
