Glenn David Seaton, age 86, who resided in Centerville, Ohio, formerly of Mount Vernon, Ohio, and Winter Haven, Florida, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at Kettering Medical Center, Kettering, OH. He was born on December 19, 1939, in Shelby, Ohio, to the late Glenn and Betty (Roberts) Seaton.

Known to most as David, he was a longtime member of the First Church of the Nazarene in both Mount Vernon and Winter Haven. He cherished time spent with his grandchildren and his beloved dog, Mitzie. David was happiest when working with his hands—fixing anything that needed repair, building model airplanes and ships, or enjoying classic television, westerns, and military shows. He was also an active and well-loved member of the Trinity Community of Miami Township.

David is survived by his son, Gale (Sarah) Seaton, of Centerville, Ohio; his grandchildren, Garrett Seaton, Megdalena “Lena” Seaton, and Lucia “Lucy” Seaton; and his sister, Elizabeth (Eugene) Ruschel-Rittman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol (Hayes) Seaton.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home, with Pastor Joe Proudfoot officiating, burial will follow in Mount Vernon Memorial Gardens.
