MOUNT VERNON – The Knox County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its official relocation to 11 South Mulberry Street in downtown Mount Vernon.

The new office is located in the former Kahrl & Company Insurance building, a familiar landmark in the Knox County community.

“The Chamber is excited to be in our new office, and we continue to be proud to serve Knox County and surrounding communities as we have been since 1916,” stated Carol Grubaugh, Executive Director of the Knox County Chamber of Commerce.

“We love working with our members and invite other businesses to join our network of more than 400 members.”

Recognized for its signature ribbon-cutting ceremonies, the Chamber will host a ribbon-cutting celebration at the new location on Tuesday, Oct. 21, from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Community members are invited to attend and enjoy refreshments while touring the new space.

In addition to the Chamber’s new office, an adjacent space at 9 South Mulberry Street is available for lease.
