MOUNT VERNON — Eleven common pleas sentences were handed down in Knox County Common Pleas Court in April.
Here are the cases:
Ronald Harmon, no address, was sentenced to one year of monitored time for “possession of” conviction. Harmon was also ordered to serve 180 days in the Knox County Jail with 0 days credited, served concurrently with the Wayne County Common Pleas Court case against Harmon and commit no jailable offenses for a year.
Kenneth D. Shira II, of Fredericktown, was sentenced to a 12-month prison sentence on operating a vehicle under the influence conviction. Shira II was credited 9 days toward his sentence.
Daniel C. Dilger, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to two years of community control on a domestic violence conviction. Dilger was ordered to serve 180 days in the county jail with 20 days’ credit, suspended if Dilger completes the Mended Reeds Residential Treatment Program and Aftercare Program, among other requirements.
Lindsey M. Sherrills, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to a six-to-nine-year indefinite prison term on an endangering children conviction.
Austin V. Stiltner, of Brinkhaven, was sentenced to one year of monitored time on a domestic violence conviction. Stiltner was ordered to serve 90 days in the county jail, with one day served, suspended if Stiltner completed anger management and couples counseling classes within 90 days.
Justin B. Hanes, no address, was sentenced to a six-month definite prison sentence on a possession of cocaine conviction. The sentence will be served concurrently with Hane’s Licking County Common Pleas Court case. Hanes was credited 35 days toward his sentence.
Bruce M. Doyle, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to two years of community control on corrupting another with drugs conviction. Also serve 88 days in the county jail, with 88 days served, among other requirements.
Xavier W. Mason, of Danville, was sentenced to one year of community control on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction. Also ordered to serve 90 days in the county jail with 59 days credited.
Matthew L. Myers, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to one year of community control on an aggravated possession of drugs conviction.
Christian T. Starlin, of Marion, was sentenced to one year of community control on a strangulation conviction. Also ordered to serve 60 days in the county jail with three days served, among other requirements.
Aaron M. Anders, of Zanesvile, was sentenced to a six-month definite prison sentence on an attempted trespass in a habitation when a person is present. Anders was credited seven days toward his service.
