Aundrea ‘Angi’ Hecker, 63 of Centerburg passed away on January 27, 2025 at Country Court in Mount Vernon, OH. She was born on May 8, 1961 to William Tuhey and Beverly (Strawser) Hickman-Gardner in San Diego, CA.
Aundrea was the first in her family to graduate from college, where she gained her associate’s degree. She worked as an LPN for her entire career. She cared for several in-home care residents young and old. She was avid caretaker for many of her family members as well. Aundrea was an avid outdoorsman. She loved hunting, fishing and camping. She harvested many deer throughout her 63 years. She also enjoyed riding motorcycles and 4 wheelers. Another passion was her grandchildren. She loved spending time with them and spoiling them immensely.
Aundrea is survived by her husband William Hecker; her children Joshua (Pam Harris) Tuhey of Toulon, IL and her daughter Jacie (Randy) Hall of Castleton, IL; grandchildren James Tuhey, Emmett Hall, Landon Donalon and Zander Donalon, Addily Donalon; siblings Jeffrey Hickman (Virginia Vaughn), Brianna Hickman (Rodney Smith), Brian Tuhey and Veronica Blanchard; her lifeling friend/sister Robin Burke and many extended family members.
Aundrea was preceded in death by her parents, a son Jacob Donalon, a brother William Tuhey, her grandmother Helen (Strawser) Stewart-Lingo and her step-father Harold D. Hickman.
There will be private burial at Oak Grove Cemetery in Delaware, OH at a later date.
