FREDERICKTOWN — The Fredericktown FFA had two teams compete in the recent Knox County Parliamentary Procedure competitions that were hosted at the Fredericktown School District Administration Building.
The secretary must also take neat and accurate minutes of the meeting. The team must also complete a test over their general knowledge of parliamentary procedure according to Roberts Rules of Order.

In this contest, six members must complete a written test and conduct a meeting using parliamentary procedure and demonstrate different abilities that are given.
For the advanced and intermediate team, each member will also have to come up with an additional ability that is not listed on their assigned agenda that they will have to conduct this meeting in under 12 minutes.
For the Novice team the eight members will be required to conduct the meeting and they will also have to recite the FFA opening and closing ceremonies and they will have to do this all in under 15 minutes.
The advanced team placed 5th with a silver rating, and the Novice team placed 5th with a silver rating as well.
Advanced Team members were: Austin Frazier, Lane Dugan, Mason Gearheart, Lauren Neighbarger, Maddie Bartlett, and Raegan Blanchard.
Novice Team members were: Kiersten Mills, Jordyn Neighbarger, Allissya Dugan, Houston Decker, Maddison Popham, Austin Robinson, Izzy Broerman, and Trey Levering.
