MOUNT VERNON — A Knox County grand jury handed down nine indictments at its recent session on Monday, Aug. 26.
- Cameron Ray Moore, of Mount Vernon, two counts of aggravated murder, an unclassified felony; two specifications with each aggravated murder charge, a felony.
- Steven Cole, of Mount Vernon, illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a detention facility, third-degree felony.
- Christopher Bombardiere, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, second-degree felony.
- Jacob Stotts, of Mount Vernon, domestic violence, third-degree felony.
- Sherri Hess, of Mount Vernon, tampering with evidence, third-degree felony; endangering children, first-degree misdemeanor; possession of drugs, first-degree misdemeanor; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, first-degree misdemeanor
- Jesse Ervin, of Mount Vernon, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony; aggravated trafficking in drugs, third-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony; operating a vehicle with a hidden compartment used, second-degree felony.
- Jordan Spearman, of Mount Vernon, possession of fentanyl-related compound, fifth-degree felony.
- James Matheny II, of Bladensburg, two counts of vandalism, both fifth-degree felonies.
- Luanne Woolfe, of Marengo, aggravated possession of drugs, third-degree felony.
