Diane Ruth Fulton, age 81, of Mount Vernon passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at the Knox Community Hospital.
Diane was born on June 19, 1942, in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Albert and Florence (Newman) Schoenemann. She was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Amvets Post #95, Colonial City Women of the Moose Chapter 100 and VFW. She enjoyed camping, gardening and sewing. But most of all she loved the time she spent with her family and close friends.
Diane is survived by her husband, of over 41years, Charles Lee Fulton; her daughter Michelle Canter; her sons Brian (Susan) Olk, David Olk, Sean (Kelli) Desmond, Robert Fulton, Joseph Fulton; seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and her brother Donald (Helen) Schoenemann.
In addition to her parents, Diane was preceded in death by her brothers David and William Schoenemann.
In keeping with Diane’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. The family will observe a private gathering at a later date.
