Deborha Balinda Castle, age 72, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2023, at the Knox Community Hospital in Mount Vernon. She was born on May 14, 1951, in Lancaster, Ohio, to the late William and Alice (Gates) Daines.
Deborha was a homemaker and loved every minute of raising her family. She enjoyed sewing and puzzles, but most of all she loved being around her family, especially her grandchildren.
Deborha is survived by her sons, Paul (Shannon) Castle, Shawn Castle, John (Theresa) Castle, Roger (Jennifer) Castle; grandchildren, Samantha, Thomas, Destiny, Cynthia, Joshua, Roger Jr, and Chloe Castle; a brother, Timothy Daines; numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Deborha is preceded in death by her husband, Paul Castle; a son, Thomas Castle; sisters, Victoria Anderson, Sharon Hogley; and a brother, David Daines; granddaughter, Elizabeth Castle.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
