MOUNT VERNON — Knox County Sheriff’s deputies filed these reports after their respective shifts.

JUNE 10

— Deputies were dispatched to an address on Miller St. in Centerburg, in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and determined that a juvenile at the residence was suffering from a mental health crisis. Deputies were able to communicate with the juvenile using de-escalation tactics. Deputies were successful in de-escalating the situation, and a report on the incident was taken for documentation purposes.

— A deputy was dispatched to 400 Harcourt Rd for a disturbance. Dispatch advised that a male subject threatened to kill the complainant and pointed something at him. Dispatch advised that the parties were separated in different rooms. Deputies responded and made contact with the involved parties.

JUNE 11

— A suicide hotline contacted dispatch to advise of a male who was wanting to kill himself. A deputy made contact with the individual by phone and talked to him for several hours deescalating the situation.

— Deputies with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to an address on Eckard Road in reference to a disturbance. The involved parties were warned on their conduct and a report was taken for documentation.

— Deputies were dispatched to the 400 block of Sychar Road in reference to a motor vehicle accident without injury. Upon arrival Deputies conducted an investigation on the incident and a report was taken for documentation purposes.

— Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Columbus Road on a possible disturbance. Complainant called in stating that her ex-boyfriend was highly intoxicated and vandalized her vehicle, causing damage to the windshield. Deputies were able to locate the ex-boyfriend on the property and arrested him on Criminal Damaging charges. The male was then transported to the Knox County Jail without incident. Statements and information was gathered and a report was written.
