MOUNT VERNON – The A+ Autobrokers Cruise-In is back on Public Square for the July 7, Aug. 4, and Sept. 1 First Fridays.
Individuals wishing to showcase their vehicle at the First Friday Cruise-In should arrive on Public Square no earlier than 4:30 p.m. when streets will be fully shut down and be in place no later than 6 p.m.
Cruise-In vehicles should remain parked in place until 8:30 p.m. All Cruise-In traffic must adhere to the cruise-in map and only drive and park in spaces highlighted in red.
Please note that all Cruise-In traffic should enter and exit Public Square via Gay Street/East High Street and/or Chestnut Street/North Main Street only; Public Square will begin two-way traffic at 4:30 p.m. to allow for ease of parking cruise-in vehicles.
In order to keep all pedestrians, volunteers, and other drivers safe, Cruise-In traffic may not use South Main or West High Streets to enter or exit Public Square between 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. while streets are closed. Drivers are discouraged from moving their vehicles anytime during the event. Violators may be asked not to return to future First Friday Cruise-Ins.
