W. Floyd Williams, age 96, of Mount Vernon, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
He was born on December 4, 1926 in Nashville, Tennessee to the late William Benson and Lillian Lee (Clark) Williams.
Floyd was a WWII Navy Veteran.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Steven (Ruth) Williams of Mount Vernon; his daughter, Kim Blubaugh of Mount Vernon; four grandsons; five great-grandchildren; and a sister Mabel.
Floyd was preceded in death by his first wife, Rita Mae Williams; second wife, Bette Williams; brothers, James Williams, Jack Williams, John Williams; and Harold Clark.
The family is observing private services.
