— Donald Kennedy Jr., Howard, counterfeiting, a fourth-degree felony
— Steven Rainer II, Howard, domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony; forfeiture specification as to count one, a felony
— Robert Doyle, aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; possession drug abuse instruments, a second-degree misdemeanor
— Alex Sapp, Mount Vernon, aggravated vehicular assault, a third-degree felony; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a first-degree misdemeanor
— Ryan Smith, Mount Vernon, grand theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony; six counts of theft, four fifth-degree felonies and two first-degree misdemeanors.
