Most Ohioans will agree that when everyone feels safe we can all enjoy the freedom and well-being that safety brings. We feel safe when every person regardless of gender, race or zip code can meet the needs of their families.
Right now too many Republican office holders use lies and stereotyping that make us fear each other, even lead to hate crimes. By cranking up fear about immigrant and intercity communities they try to shift blame from their failure to enact good policy.
Let’s vote for leaders who will deliver real safety to every community by advocating for affordable housing, health care and quality schools. Leaders who know, like us, that when all communities thrive we all feel safe and free.
