- While making a turn from North Market St. to Millersburg Rd. Shelby Daniel Jozwik cut his turn short and struck a pole that supports the intersection traffic light with his tanker trailer. The force of the crash snapped the pole at the base and it came to rest on the center line of Millersburg Rd. heavily damaging the traffic light, Jozwik’s vehicle had only minor damage with a small dent to the right rear top of the tanker and a slightly bent right rear trailer fender. Jozwik was cited for failure to control.

- A complainant advised dispatch there was a marijuana smoking device laying near her mailbox on Broadway St. The item was placed into evidence for destruction.
- The complainant called the KCSO to file a report of identity fraud.
- A Complainant called the KCSO to report a case of identity fraud.
- Deputies responded to a male attempting suicide. Deputies arrived with Fredericktown Police and Medics on the scene. The male was transported to Med Central Mansfield Hospital and a report was filed.
