KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

- A deputy conducted a traffic stop on Coshocton Rd. in Howard. Edgar Lucero, Columbus was arrested for OVI.
- Deputies were advised of an individual with an outstanding warrant from the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas. Deputies made contact with the suspect, Jessica L. Kaylor. She was arrested for the warrant and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
