KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
May 9
- The complainant advised that she arrived at her residence and found the front door forced open and damaged. Deputies waled through the residence and then the complainant did. At the time of the report nothing seemed to be missing.
May 10
- The complainant/victim called the KCSO to report she believe she had been the victim of fraud. The complainant requested a report be made.
- Deputies were dispatched to a reported burglary in progress. Dispatch advised the complainant stated no one was supposed to be on the premises. Deputies arrived at the residence on Columbus Rd. in Mount Vernon and, with the assistance of the Mount Vernon Police Department, found two suspects inside the residence. The suspects were identified as Kayla P. Schaade and Kylie R. Thomas and were charged with attempted theft and criminal trespass.
- Deputies were dispatched to a Vanatta Rd. residence on a report of a domestic disturbance. John R. Lodahl was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault. He was transported to the Knox County Jail.
