KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

April 24

  • Medics and deputies were dispatched to Kenyon College on a report of a male who had smoked some marijuana and had a bad reaction to it. The male was transported to Knox Community Hospital for treatment. A small amount of marijuana was located and seized to be destroyed.

April 25

  • Complainant called to report damage to two sheds/outbuildings at the Hilliar Twp. Park near Centerburg. Suspect or suspects are unknown at this time.
  • An officer spoke with the complainant at his residence on Arrington Rd. He stated that when his truck, was at the family farm on Morgan Center Rd. some items came up missing from it. He complainant further stated that several items came up missing from the farm itself.
  • The complainant came to the KCSO to report a book of 50 instant lottery tickets came up missing from the store.
  • Amanda J. Strouse was arrested on two outstanding warrants issued out of the Mount Vernon Police Department and the KCSO. Strouse was transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
