- Tammy M. Donahue was stopped at the traffic signal at Sandusky and W. High streets when struck from behind by Hope Painter who failed to stop. Painter was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
Incident Reports
Mar. 14
- Two officers were dispatched to McGibney Rd. on a report of domestic violence. An officer spoke with the complainant who said her boyfriend pushed her down, bit her face, and grabbed her by the neck. The officers made contact with the suspect, identified as Joshua Farley, and placed him under arrest He was transported to the Knox County Jail.
- An officer responded to a Coshocton Ave. business in reference to a vandalism complainant. The complainant advised a vehicle was entered and that someone tried to hot wire it.
- Two officers were dispatched to N. Mulberry St. in reference to a male subject who was at the library and known to have active charges against him for domestic violence. The subject was arrested and also found to be in possession of marijuana.

- Richard Wiles, 24, Columbus Rd. was arrested and charged with possession and display of a hypodermic needle.
- Adam Saunders, 3, Centerburg, was cited for driving under suspension/revocation and arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- James Stone, 31, E. Ohio Ave. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
- Carol Swartz, 22, Howard, was cited for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.
- Hope Painter, 21, Johnstown, was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
- Joshua Farley, 33, McGibney Rd. was arrested and charged with assault.
- Elias Roman, 26, N. Gay St. was arrested for drug abuse.
- Ozzie Stroud, 25, E. Pleasant St. was charged with driving under FFA suspension.
