KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
- Jan. 23 – An officer was dispatched to a Mishey Rd. residence. Dispatch said the complainant stated the house was engulfed in flames. The officer arrived on the scene of the fire and was met with multiple local fire districts. A neighboring house also caught fire due to the wind. One female was transported to Mansfield MedCentral for burn injuries.
- Jan. 23 – A parole officer requested the assistance of the KCSO in arresting Joshua Senter for parole violation. Senter was observed standing in the parking lot of a Harcourt Rd. business. He was confronted and arrested. Senter was transported to the Knox County Jail and admitted without incident.
- Jan. 24 – William D. Duling was westbound on Old Delaware Rd. (Ohio 229) when he lost control of his vehicle, went left of center then off the roadway striking a fence and a utility pole. The owners of the fence and utility pole were advised of the damage.
