DELAWARE – Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Mount Gilead man with operating a vehicle under the influence for the 8th time. In a news release late Friday Lt. G. S. Grewal said Ronald J. Evans was arrested after he was stopped for traveling 25 miles over the speed limit on I-71 in Delaware County.

He was scheduled to appear in Delaware Municipal Court Friday morning.
